Repair Terms:

Evaluation Charge: 50% of repair cost or $150.00, which ever is greater. All monies paid for evaluation are credited to the repair price if repairs are authorized.

Third party assemblies and software are not covered under the base repair price.

Priority Turn Around:
One day turn around: 2X Standard Rate (Model Dependent)
Two days to one week turn around: 1.5 X Standard Rate 
Standard Turnaround is 2-3 weeks.

All freight charges are paid by customer for shipments to and from Ballantine. Warranty repairs will be returned to the customer at Ballantine's expense by the most economical means.

All return shipments to the customer will be insured at replacement cost unless otherwise specified by the customer.

At our discretion, returned shipments will receive proper shipping carton.  These will be charged at the customers expense.

Additional time and material may be required under some circumstances. When required, Ballantine will issue a request for authorization to proceed based on a "Not to exceed" amount. Bill will be based on actual time and materials used.
